The last time they did a triple points till spit it showed the usual double on the receipt for the spend and the extra ones went on a few days later. eg spend £50, get 100 points on receipt + 50 extra a few days after

I used our triple point on Saturday, spotted that they hadn't added the points questioned with the cashier who said it would be added later - Nothing appeared on Monday so phoned CS & explained so they just added them for me

I better call them too then! Thank you
  • I had a till spit giving 100 points on the next time I visited the store, so I shopped there and claimed them. The receipt showed they had been claimed. The total points shown was up to the day before, which always happens. Shop some more another day and the receipt will have the balance showing the upgrade, but only to the previous day. Of course, always keep an eye on the receipts though, as sometimes they get it wrong somehow and CS have to be contacted. It's always wise to check your receipts for ANY errors!

It's all on the website, you don't need to wait for anything (apart for the website to update obviously). That would be no use anyway, as we have few different cards and the points could come from any of the sources. On the website it's where you earned it, which card etc, transaction by transaction.

But the extra points are still not there. I will give them a ring today.

On the website, yes, but I don't sit at my computer as often as some do, so checking receipts is the first step. It's not that often that there is an error, but I still look out for any. And I only collect Tesco points from stores, not online shopping. I'm odd, I know!

As your extra points are not on your account yet it seems to be pointing to an error so I hope you get it sorted today on the phone.

    :)

Last time they did this offer it was worded that you needed to buy 5 different products. This time it just says 'any 5 products' - anybody know for sure?

The products are generally a lot more expensive than before :(
    Now proud Mumto3 :j
