Hi all, a question for those of you who sign up for a new account at Tesco.com Groceries everytime you do an online shop (so you can take advantage of £10 off New Customer codes) - do you put your main clubcard number down for the new account and risk being found out and having all your points confiscated for breaking the t&cs or do you just forgo the points on that shop, knowing it's still cheaper cos you got £10 off?
I used to do that, i had about 3 different accounts showing different clubcard numbers with the points spread across. they eventually just merged them. I dont think they would take your points. unless of course you were doing it every week - but how many emails can one actually have?Everyone who thanks me when ive helped will get a 5% share when I win this weeks Euromillions......:p0 -
Can anyone help? I've got £75 and wanted to use them for airmiles. I think it equates to 1500 miles? But I'm finding the website a bit confusing! I'd like to fly from Leeds Bradford to Paris/Rome/Amsterdam that kind of thing. But there's 2 of us, can I manage any of these with £75, or am I going to end up paying more out. Or would I be better paying for the flights myself and using the points for a hotel? Do they have hotels abroad? Anyone done this before? Is it worth it, or shall I just plump for lightwater valley again? :-)

I'm pretty sure you can have 5 accounts for one household. We have 5 and they have never merged them!
CC don't do 'mergers' without permission.
You may have one internet account, one ordinary (physical) shop account, and you may have a Tesco credit CC - all in one name.
Moreover you may have others that are joint accounts.
Likewise other people in the household may have differeent CCs but then that's theirs.
Yet, if you have multiple accounts, be careful you move all of them if you change address, not just the card you use in the store. And, if you lose a card, know that the replacement is from that account and not one of the others!I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

1500 miles would get you 2 return flights to zone 1. the places you stated are in zone 1 except rome. It is pretty simple really, once the miles are in your account, you just search for dates and choose your times and book. However, beware that miles dates go super fast, you'll want to book up early to get the dates you want.Everyone who thanks me when ive helped will get a 5% share when I win this weeks Euromillions......:p0 -

£75 is 1500 miles so two rtn to zone 1. you could apply for an amex and get a free 1500 making 3000 this would get you to rome with no extra spend. worth considering i think.Marry a Foreigner, its so much cheaper!0 -
I think there are extra charges (possibly an extra 500 Airmiles per person) to fly from a regional airport, such as Leeds Bradford. The fares quoted are from London only (750 miles per person for zone 1).0
