I would cook it low (gas mark 3-4) and slow in the oven with foil over the top to stop it burning, then when a knife stuck in the deepest bit of the middle comes out feeling hot, turn the heat up a bit and brown the top.
    Trust me - I'm NOT a doctor!

Almost every cook-chill meal in the supermarket has instructions on the pack for cooking from frozen, so why should home made frozen meals be any different? Just remember you usually need to use a slightly lower oven temp than you would to actually cook the item, and as a rule of thumb heat it for about twice the length of time you would to reheat it if defrosted. Then double check to make sure it's piping hot in the middle.

Thanks all :D Normally I would just put it straight in the oven from frozen without thinking about it if it was just for me - but just wanted to double check due to the reasons I mentioned before :o
