Hello People

Perhaps someone has had experience withwhat I'm about to explain!

I made a claim using MSE tenplate (thankyou), apparrently when I did this they had ceased trading after being chastised by various organisations. After a very long time and being chased I have finally received a response. They have offered small amount on the secured loan. As I'm in arrrears this should be applied to decrease this. I can't understand what they have done and they have sent a new loan agreement to sign, a fixed term agreement.
I've heard that I should not sign this agreement or any new agreement from Welcome.
Also I have asked in writing on three separate ocassions for the full documentation including the 3 oiginal loan agreements, I did this under the Data protection Act.They have not sent a thing!
Sorry for being a pleb but can anyone help. Thanks

Obviously Welcome have upheld the complaint but I don't think what they have offered is necssarily right.

    Hi there

Hopefully someone will be along soon to help you on this one, but in regards of your data, chase them up (ring them if you can) and tell them you will contact the Information Commissioners office (ICO), you could do this anyway and ask the ICO for advice on your data.
    Good luck.
