149k asking price, what would you offer...

Options
Its a 3 bed house that has now been made into a 4 bed - 2 rooms are v.small. We would take the stud walls down to make it a better 3 bed.

Next door recently sold for £125k. It has been gutted and needed heating etc.

We know they need to sell and fast ish. And, the estate agent told me earlier they would defo accept an offer.

We were thinking to go in at £134k. Cheeky and unrealistic or not??

Sounds fine to me, i.e. 10% below asking. It's definitely a buyers market right now.
