Yadra Froggy,
Positivity is just around the corner!! I feel a need for a "days" countdown to having equity, clearing the unsecured part of the mortgage and the more pressing current project. £3,180 per month - are you secretly married to a professional footballer!
Cheers,
BillyMortgage Free: 28/10/2010Time / Interest Saved: 18.5 years / £61,866.500 -
Hi Froggy, your SOA seem very good and you have to have some luxuries or else whats the point, we have Sky aswell but we dont smoke and hardly ever go out so it is our one treat, besides the OH would have a fit if he didnt have sky sports :rotfl:
You have a really good income which will help so much to get the mortgage down. Hope everything is going well for you and the princess

The thing is, all seems to come in at the same time.. Keeping fingers tightly crossed.. According to my calculations, its about 97 days till the loan disappears..:rotfl:
Not married to a footballer!! Apparently the world of finance pays well.. She has studied hard (3.5 years after uni) and works very hard in her job.. She deserves what she gets..
I have heard from one of the agency this afternoon, and I am being put forward for another role, I should know more about it next week..

Hey Froggy
Fingers crossed something good comes of the agencies!
Finance it is then- Ill have to look into it! :rotfl: sounds like a lot of hard work (and I just about passed GCSE maths with a lotta hard work so perhaps not!)
SOA looks great and sure you will be on a roll to MF....nothing I can see stands out for trimming back except maybe clothes at £50 a month- also food costs- have you done the downshift challenge- ie seeing what value products you like or taste the same! some things like butchers etc.. you may not want to scrimp on!
have a great weekend0 -

Vebatho Froggy,
Excellent. I'll need to start working on a debt-free countdown for us. Whatever October 30th is, I can't wait! Don't doubt for a minute the worth of your better half - I'd probably e against working hard even if it was for extra money! We, your avid followers, look forward to your successful move away from the frosty office in the coming days...
Cheers,
