PPI refunds

Hi Everyone.I reclaimed my PPI through the financial ombudsman way back last November 2009.I have since been given the runaround by Santandar and Allience and Leicester.
A&L didn.t inform Santandar.So still haven't recieved it.Anyone else had this problem?
I have again today been intouch with The Financial Ombudsman for them to intervene on my behalf once again.I have sent all paperwork [twice] to Santandar.Never will I trust Banks again.:(

    Hi there

    So sorry to hear this.

It may be useful to have details of contact of the Chief Exective officer (CEO), and write/email or even try ringing them, this is bad that you have had to wait this long.

    Good luck with this.;)

Does anyone know how long you must wait to receive your refunded PPI? I received the 8% interest but as my loan is still outstanding the remaining money is supposedly going to LLoyds (who the loan is with). But its been nearly a month since t their initial contact that they would refund me the PPI money. Is there any legal time limit it should take for the money to be received? And if they don't abide by this, what can I do?

Appreciate any help please..as Lloyds just keep tell me a whole lot of c***!

    Thanks

    Hi there

It seems to me that Lloyds give people all sorts of timescales, some 21 working days, others 45, so what I would do is email them direct, any problems also contact Lloyds Chief Executive officer (CEO), in fact if you email Lloyds, copy (CC) it to the CEO, remember to also give your claim ref number.
    Good luck.

Hi there, if your loan is not in arrears they should pay your win back to you and not reduce the loan.
