tv problem

hi, we have a 22" flat screen tv in our bedroom, last night it kept turning its self off, this morning it turned its self on, we bought it from argos on boxing day and i still have the receipt, if we return it would it be replaced?

Have you tried taking the batteries out the remote? Just to rule out a problem there. If that doesn't work then I would take it back to Argos but I'm not sure what your rights are with regards to a replacement - think they may be able to attempt to repair it.0

If there's a fault with the product...
We've made it easier!- If you bring it back to us within 30 days with your proof of purchase*, we'll give you a
replacement or a refund. - If you've had the product for up to 1 year, we'll repair the product or, if that's not possible, give you a replacement or, if that's not possible, a refund.

thanks, hubby was going to try to take it back but was wanting to know what to expect from them , im calling the number in the previous post for advise
