Mail going to spam but can't get it.....

Morning all

I'm needing a bit of advice from techie-minded folk :p

For some reason over the last few days I've been getting an email in my outlook (work account) telling me that the messages it lists have been sent to spam and I have 28 days to get them.

Not only have I already received emails from these addresses in the past with no problems, but I don't even have a spam folder!!!!

This is getting pretty serious as there are a few important ones from clients that I can't get at, and I have no idea how to find them.

My boss started having the same problems around the same time - we are both connected to the same server if that makes any difference.

Many thanks for any help you can give :T

is it your ISP's, mail server hosts spam clint blocking it and emailing you, in which case log onto the account using webmail and see

could also be emails that are trying to get you to open the attachment and infect your pc if some of your clints are infected

    Browntoa, you rule!!!!!:T

I've found the spammed emails in the isp's webmail thingy (I'm not too techy minded, as I'm sure you've guessed), and they're all there.

Now I just need to get them back to my inbox.....

Use the method your webmail provides. It could be drag'n'drop, right-click, mark as not spam, ...

You need to move these emails into the inbox of the webmail. Outlook will pick up these emails the next time it checks.

If you're using IMAP you could subscribe the Spam folder in Outlook to make it accessible there.
