Thanks for the joke Greenbynature - it made me laugh and I showed it to my mum who's here at the moment as well.

  • The really annoying thing is my passport expires 13 months after my wedding, but to change my name I have to pay the full fee. They only let you carry over 9 months from your old passport, so I either waste four months of my old passport, or carry on being Miss C for four months. OH is already mad at me for booking the honeymoon in my maiden name (well having seen sex in the city the movie...)

Oh COMP, he shouldn't be mad at you about that. It's entirely your choice whether you even take his name or not!

Which movie? 1 or 2? I watched 2 recently and wasn't very impressed with at all!

I am taking his name, but he thought our honeymoon would be booked in Mr & Mrs H rather than Miss C & Mr H.

I was referring to 1 where Carrie goes on her honeymoon without big. I couldn't do that if I booked it as Mrs H and then didn't become Mrs H :rotfl:

Lol two people in support of my rather unprofessional ticket scheme, love it :D

    COMP
, surely 4 more months doesn't matter? After all you will only be Miss C for ticket/passport purposes won't you, you can still change everything else over and be called Mrs? I don't really know how it all works but I think passport costs are extortionate, I'd be making it last as long as possible!

Like that joke Green, I reckon that would catch on!

Psycho, I don't really get slimming world, it seems really complicated to me! Good luck with it though, if it works you will have to explain it to me!

I'm loving the weather at the minute, I love rain like this (not being sarcastic, I really do!) it makes everything look nice and fresh. Plus it's really cosy sitting insde watching it stream down the windows. I went out to the library earlier and tested my new boots out, gladly they are comfy and waterproof but I'm really struggling with what to wear with them. Anyone got any fashion advice? Its these but I just wore them under jeans with the fluffy bit turned up like normal boots. I thought they'd look ok with leggings or skinny jeans but somehow they just don't... Also is it really scummy to wear brown shoes with black/grey trousers?

I am doing my usual thing of wasting time on MSE and FB when I should be getting some work done... I could never have a job where you have to work from home! No doubt I'll be back soon but I'd better go and try and do something!

    xx
