Silaqui, please let me know how you get on with your Kindle. I really quite fancy one, though it's in the 'want' list rather than the 'need' list, especially as I just treated myself to a fab new coffee maker!
Dizzy, I have been using it for 2 days now and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! I was a bit worried that I wouldn't get lost in the book like you do with a 'real' book but it's just as good, I would highly reccomend it!

    Hello folks.

Due to be travelling home for Xmas tonight - fingers crossed and snow permitting.
If this is not too late, take it easy up here as some of the side streets are totally iced over - it's the town that gritters forgot!

I posted my pad yesterday but I have a busy morning tomorrow making mince pies and getting ready to head to my mums for Christmas eve, day, and boxing day so will post for those three days in advance in case I don't get on here...

    £45.45 please Paul.

Have a lovely Christmas everyone! xxx

Howdy - I didn't post yesterday, due to debilitating man flu *sniff*. £2.47 today.
  • Hi,
    Morning all

Only thing is I spent half of last night shouting at the kids to not touch this and don't touch that its for xmas/boxing day :rotfl::rotfl: honestly, why they think they have to scoff everything in sight just cos I've been shopping really pees me off!!!! :o

Edmund Hilary only climbed everest because it was there I think kids are the same with food. I wouldn't extrapolate this to adults and chocolate or a bottle of wine though. That's different.:o
Why is it tho that when your fridge/freezer/cupboards are packed fit to bursting there is never anything in them that you fancy to eat??? or is that just me?:rotfl:

I believe I can honestly say this doesn't happen to me. But even on the rare and strictly hypothetical chance it did that would be different and besides it would be the hypothetical kids to blame. Especially the eldest one. :A

I wish I could be of more help but I have a crisis at the moment. The only space for the celery is taken by the chocolate roulade and I don't have the heart to eat their celery.
