    Good morning,

PAD today of £13.87 to Tcc to tidy the bank a/c. If I can keep out of the shops over the next 48 hours I will have a little more tomorrow night.

Paid over £150 off my Tcc last month with padding - unheard of in the past but now becoming very much a habit. Looking forward to seeing this one off into the mist and starting on the next one.

I just love the feeling of being in control for a change.
  • Not PADed for a while.
£36 today as a minimum payment to one of my credit card debts

There's never a right time to have kids Euro - you could plan down to the last detail, save as much money as you can, have a huge house with huge garden and you'll still find that everything will go to sh*t :rotfl:

I know, I know, but I'd really like to start debt free at least and that's only about a year away. We can then move into a bigger place.

More importantly, OH should be on a local contract by then (they've been hinting again), and if not, then he will have the freedom to find somewhere that will offer him that little bit of extra job security. At the moment, in 2 years time they could just say 'that's it, we're not renewing, back to the UK you go' and if we had a young baby/toddler at that point, our options would be very limited. We'd have to go back to the UK just to keep my OH's income, but then we'd lose mine. Arghhh. I have a headache just thinking about it. lol
