    Hi everyone!
It is quiet on here this weekend, what's going on that I haven't been informed about!? :D

Yesterday was a good day, City beat Derby 2 nil and then we had a few friends round and watched Haye/Harrison fight on telly with beer and pizza - for some reason I have a bit of a sore head today, no idea why :A:p

Yesterdays total was £417.82 - todays is looking like a teeny tiny one so chuck a few pennies in everybody!

£12.70 for me today. I've done all my shopping and housework this morning so am planning on spending the rest of the day browsing MSE curled up on the sofa with plenty of tea and ibuprofen!!

    xx

  • Nothing that I know of.... I'm here, tucked up in bed working my way through Shameless, praying my voice comes back in time for work tomorrow as I can't be off sick again without a disciplinary. Debating going to the doctors in the morning as it's the second time in a few weeks my voice has gone and I've been ill since my friends wedding last week.

    Hi everyone,

Sorry I can't manage a whopping PAD today - so my £20 to Tcc will have to do.

OH and I are currently watching the grande prix - though I admit to sneeking off every so often to stir the bolognese.:rotfl:

You probably should if you keep losing your voice, it's one of those things that will only get worse if you don't get it seen to. If you are not careful then it could go entirely. In terms of possible remedies, an indian lady I work with swears by a teaspoon of honey mixed with a pinch of turmeric. I've not lost my voice to try it since she told me about it but perhaps you could give it a go??

Random PAD fact - every pad made today has included a 2 in the number!

    Afternoon everyone

I'm snuggled up in bed with my laptop and drugged up to the max after yesterdays day out with the kids (I'm disabled so it's allowed:p) so forgive me if I don't make much sense (not that I ever do:rotfl:)

We had a lovely day yesterday and managed to get a few bargains too so I can hopefully PAD a bit more this week:D

£5 to vanquis for me today though

    Evening All!

So I've been keeping a secret - I'm getting married  (aye right! :rotfl:)

On a slightly more serious note I have something to tell you - I'm a man  (o.k I'm making jokes because I'm nervous but I'll be serious for a minute)

    I'm having a baby :D ...a very unplanned baby :p

I've known for a few weeks now but I'm still in shock about it :o

Please don't say anything on my FB page though because I've not told family yet!!
