    Afternoon everyone,

Still no PAD but dont want to get out of the habbit of posting!

I had a surprise visitor last night whilst OH was at work - his manager! He came round to apologise for the mess up with OHs pay, i've met him a few times before and he's actually really nice so I found it quite hard to stay cross with him!! Anyway he had some food from the pub (OH works in the kitchen at the pub) to say sorry. I did tell him that we had a freezer and cupboards full of food, but he insisted I take it. So last night had steak curtosy of OHs manager for tea :D

Still, steak and chips isnt going to pay the water bill on Wednesday! :o

Dont blame you for not wanting to go anywhere near them!! I remember when I still lived at home with my mum and my older brother went on holiday, he had two pet rats and we had to feed them while he was away  horrible things they were!!

I was still pretty angry last night, but did enjoy my steak and chips - was quite a nice treat, we can never afford steak :rotfl:

They sell the 30ml size online here in Holland. http://www.drogisterij.net/index.php?mode=produktinfo&artnr=4011700742400&partnercode=259

They do deliver in Europe, but it would cost another €14.95.

I've checked online, with the Dutch post office, and it would still cost €13.10 to send in the post with them (after paying €3.95 for it to be delivered locally), so the cheapest option would be to order from the website directly, but for that price, you may as well get the bigger one from the UK for your Mum.

    :( Stupid sending costs!

Aw thanks for looking for me Euro, at least I have a few options now. I am going to do a bit of maths and see which will work out best value (and maybe get my dad to read the websites for me :o)

It was nice of him to come round Flower but I agree it would have been nice if he could have brought a bit of petty cash round just to tide you over. Still, steak is always good, I don't think I've had steak either since I started being all MSE!

I have been so bored this weekend as my bf has gone away for the week and everyone else is working :( I don't mind being home alone but it's amazing how much time gets taken up doing stuff for him! :rotfl:

    xx

£180.76 to cc - wasn't due until Thursday, but FF seemed a bit concerned:)

Haven't had steak for months, not something I even think of buying these days. Makes it all the nicer when you get some I suppose.

I bought a pint of milk earlier. Shall I PAD what I paid for that? :D

I've been seriously skint lately. Customers have been slow to pay and I even needed to use my credit card to upgrade some work stuff. When there is a business outlay, I do recoup the money (and more) eventually but it always has to be laid out first. Plus my business insurances are being renewed for the year. I also have three well worn (but still legal) tyres on my van. Two will definitely need replacing in the next week or two as they are getting close. The other one I should get another month or so out of it. The fourth is fine. That was replaced out of synch with the others due to a puncture some time back.
Even though I've had to use my card lately, over the month my debt that has been more than balanced by what I've paid off so I still owe a little bit less than a month ago. The other good thing is that I am putting money away for my next tax bill too. It does badly affect my daily PADing but it is a more realistic look at where I'm at financially. It's been minimum payments only for a while and I can see that trend lasting at least until Spring. Onward and upward. To infinity and beyond - and all that !!!!!!.
When I do the counting up in December or January, I can see me not PADing every day.

It may be affecting your daily padding but will be a nice pad when you pay the tax man :D
