On the subject of my passport....I want to get it changed now as I don't trust travelling in my maiden name if it's no longer legal. Also, I wouldn't be able to use my passport for ID. So I have to suck it up, I guess

Hi all
Thanks for all your good wishes but it looks like DIL has lost the baby.:( The Dr's asked her to go in last night to check her over - they did nothing but admit her onto a ward and it was 3am before Dr had a look at her, he said they'd arrange a scan for 8am this morning, she finally had one 2.30pm! They think she's miscarried cos they couldn't see anything on the scan but want her to go back next week to check her hormone levels have gone back to normal. She seems ok about it at the moment but I don't think it's quite sunk in yet.
