  • Boobylou, it's encouraging to see that you can see the difference already!! I'm going to do mine later today as my friend is coming over now.... I just made breakfast pancakes off weezls site and they were really yummy!! Got to go get a better frying pan though as the only non-stick one we have is really small.

    No pad today sorry x

Haven't been able to P.A.D, for a while because of tight finances and am determined to do a bit more to reduce a mountain of debt on various cards.

    Hi everyone!

Well done for your counting Mary, and good luck for yours Boobylou - unfortunately untill I get a new password for my internet banking I won't be joining in. Hopefully I can make up for it soon though as my ebay items are standing at £50odd with 40 minutes to go!

I am panicking a bit though that a sat nav I am selling is going for 20quid but I don't know if it works?? I have written that on the listing, that it is untested and I'm not sure if it works but it did at time of last use, that's ok isn't it??

I have just got back from a weekend away at Thorpe Park, I've never been there and it's fantastic! Highly recommend the Saw ride :D and we managed to get on Stealth 5 times!

Unfortunately, I rather overindulged yesterday food-wise (cooked breakfast, burger and chips for lunch, and an all you can eat italian for tea) - so much so I haven't eaten yet today and I still feel full :o. Salad for tea and back on the wagon tomorrow I think!!

    xx
Ths signature is out of date because I'm too lazy to update it... :o

Hi all, £15 to Barclaycard today - extra payment on top of minimum.

Will really need to push myself to do shred today as still feeling lazy. :o

I have a couple of questions but don't want to go and ask them! :o I've been shopping this morning, and have the ingredients for chicken and onion pie, roast chicken dinner, pancakes, porridge, carrot cake, raisin scones, bread if im brave enough, pizzas, and two pasta dishes, all for under £30! Hopefully if I get myself organised, I can cook and freeze quite a few meals and stop eating quite so much rubbish. Our freezer is only a half one unfortunately, need to keep an eye out for a chest one or something to make life easier.

Go and ask - they are very nice honestly. Or you could pm Weezl - think she hasn't been on as much cos she's getting a new kitchen in - but she's always happy to answer qus.
Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. Car loan 1 £11,174, Car loan 2 £5,532, CC 0% BT £780. Debt Free Diary to try & keep spending in check.

Just made the carrot cake, and it was very nice! Not carrot cake as you would know it normally but it was still good :D

Thank you for my special mention! :T Hope everyone's having a lovely day and enjoying the weekend.
I'm at work (hey what's new lol) but have been giving the finances a right thumping lol ....
With all my debt and mortage, I'll blooming well get there to be debt and mortgage free in five years. I'm in a determined mood today and I will NOT give in :D. On Hynpo's diary a couple of years ago she mentioned `Upspiralling' and I haven't forgotten it. Bit like snowballing and that's what I've been doing.

Haven't yet resorted to eating turnips and mud though.
So pad for me today is £2,834.40.

Anyhoo, catch up with you all soon
    Lots of love Sassers x
