british gas elec bill

received this last week and we are in credit by £33,only thing is they have us down paid £198 towards bill but we havent,we have been pushed around different departments on phone got nowhere with them,we had a top up meter which was taken out in january,we received bill for £43 in may which we paid,but i queried as it seemed low,they said it was because we had changed meters & because we were paying more this was credit.
They can't get it into their heads that I haven't paid a penny or anything since may. The last person that i was put through to be BG was the debt section!!wehave £200 in stamps awaiting the real bill!
energywatch are now on the case as I was also promised a phone call from BG within 5 days.... still waiting
