    RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.

    thanks MissMoneyPenny - didn't see that. So, basically, it's another 'how do I work the system - we'll be a couple, but think we'll be better off to live apart so she can claim being a single mum' case then eh? Getting tiresome al these posts asking for help on defrauding the system.
