Sainsbury's - plastic in doughnut

Last week I found a piece of plastic in a jam doughnut from Sainsbury's, a small piece that looked like the corner of some kind of packaging. It didn't bother me too much as I do understand that these things happen sometimes. But I called the 0800 number on the pack and gave details... next day, £15 worth of gift vouchers in the post!

I found meat in my veggie pasta, sent it off and they lost the sample. They sent me a £20 voucher to say sorry for the meat, but then someone suggested maybe it was mouse meat and that was why they lost the sample! So I complained to them again and explained this and they sent me another £20 voucher, they did not deny it being mouse, but hey £40 for a bit of cooked mouse, they eat that sort of thing in other countries, thats what I keep telling myself anyway!0
