I normally get a meter reading reminder email and text alert at about this time of the month. Have had neither yet. Anyone else experiencing this problem? I have emailed BG about it.

    Because they won't accept interim meter readings until they tell me the meter readings are due, which they haven't. They just say, thanks for sending the readings, but your bill is not yet due:mad:

    I am with BG I can summit my meter readings daily if I wish, I suppose it depends on the tariff you are on
