Hi,
Can you help please. We've had someone in to do some work and he's somehow speckled emulsion in the bottom of the acrylic bath.
It would have been easy if we caught it earlier but it's now dried. We can't afford to have anything expensive done and the decorator is skint. He even asked for materials and payment up front. He's already been paid £400 for 2 days work and materials.
Any ideas anyone? i managed to get a bit off using my fingernail scraping it off slowly so am hoping something like a plastic scraper would be ok?
Of course I'll be getting him to do the work but clearly my trust in his skills is somewhat diminished.

Use a polishing compound like G3, Will buff off with ease. Do not use a pan scruber as you will end up with loads of swirl marksHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure0

Use one of the non abrasive scourers designed for baths (normally with a white scouring bit). use some ordinary detergent and warm water and it will come off no problem.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0

If you put water in bath before painting it stops the paint sticking and reduces the smell of paint."A nation's greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members." ~ Mahatma Gandhi

Don't use a scrapper
Run a warm bath, leave it then try rubbing it off with a clothe0
