Adviced needed regarding Littlewoods

I had a new Airsprung Palermo mattress delivered from Littlewoods last thursday, all me and my partner have been doing is sleeping on it and we've noticed the middle has lost some of its support and the layers of padding have gone down, also 1 of the springs at the side is snapped and causing a corner to sag down slightly.
When it was delivered 1 man brought it in and dropped it on our doorstep causing the side to hit the bottom of the doorframe (I wonder if this is what caused the spring to break)
We've noticed this after only afew days, what should I expect if I called littlewoods to tell them the problem?

It sounds like the springs have collapsed. So Littlewoods should exchange it for you.0 -

Unfortunately buying things like mattresses from Littlewoods means that you are buying big brand names. But it is the big brand names who have lowered quality in order to cut production costs. Any this is one of the side effects. That's why I recommend to stay away from big brands.0 -
I would also check the Wardrobe, or move it further from the Bed.
Alas, as others have said, Littlewoods should replace.0
