We have always used the "cheaper" option of comet or currys for white goods, but have always found the after sales service very poor. Every body who has used JL seems to have had no problems with them so we ordered our new washing machine from them.
It arrived when they said it would
All its bits were there, including the instction book
The delivery men took away all wrappings
They put it just where I asked them to
They did not bang against walls or drop it down a step
All in all VERY impressed and it was just the same price as the "cheap " option
Will def use them again
(am not employed by them but would not say no to a job!!)

Who was the delivery company?
Do you phone them to let them know?
It all helps!Made it - 15 years married!! Finally!! xx:beer:0 -
Bought my telly from them, the 5 year free guarantee swung it. Delivered well and on time. Can't ask more really.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

White goods are delivered by the green van fleet. But yes, contacting the store to let them know would help, because the drivers will get an appreciation token, and if they get 5, they get £25

Found them very good, only bought there as they had the item cheaper than anywhere else. Ordered with free delivery expecting it to come five days later, it turned up in two. Well impressed.Barclaycard 3800
