don't think it's in stock at HMV either as it says "usually despatched within 7 days"

I would have ordered one for my nephew's birthday if it had been but I think they might cancel these orders before they ship if it's a mistake. Might be worth a go though

I've checked out HMV's Ts&Cs, and once again its contract when payment is taken (which is at the point of despatch). I've also checked the order on my HMV account and it says that they are waiting for stock from suppliers.

So, I'm not holding my breath on this one. Mind you, if you don't try you don't get. I'm keeping all my fingers crossed.
