Buy One Get One Free Offers

Hi,

Can anyone give me legal advice about Buy One Get One Free Offers?

If a shop offers items as Buy One Get One Free and they only have one left on the shelf and no more in stock, can I insist on getting a free item from their next delivery?

i would doubt it as the offers are always while stocks last.

ASDA do this all the time. They advertise ion TV that a product will be MEGA cheap. When you go in store - oop! what do you know......out of stock.....again!

I HATE asda for doing this, they are forever doing it  infact i dont think i have ever been into Asda to get something on offer and it actually been in stock, obviously a trick to get people through the doors hoping they will buy other things while they are in there.

My asda always have special offer items in stock. However if its a really good deal and you leave it a few weeks, you usually find there is hardly any left.

Maybe you live in a higher populated area or your asda expects less of a demand. Thats exactly what it is......supply and demand. Maybe they're only allowed so many items or for a certain period of time. Cant blame them if other people are greedy beggars :rotfl:Oh and you do get it. I've once seen someone with SIX packs of 24 loo rolls. I'm all for stocking up but there are constantly special offers on throughout the year so no point stocking up that much lol
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride
