Has anybody done it? Specifically, A/AS-level students? If so, how much did you charge? I am thinking about tutoring A/AS-level philosophy students and would like to have a rough idea of what the 'going rate' is. I am thinking about two to three hours a week to start with (I don't really have the time for much else).

In summer I work giving private tuition ni English literature to GCSE/A level students and I charge £8 an hour, £15 for 2 hours or £70 for a block of 10 hours. However, bare in mind you never stick to your hour is always goes over!0
