Utilita/Powergen Energyonline

These two win my price comparison though I've never even heard of Ulilita...Iis there anything I should know about either of them?

I searched the archives and read of problems switching to Energyonline in particular but these were some time ago and there was a suggestion this would be resolved.

not terribly impressed with Powergen. The switch wasn't particularly smooth and I have a spent a lot of time on the phone, mostly talking to agents who have no idea what they're talking about.

The energyline on line web site, i.e. your account is very very basic ( I test web applications for a living) and could do with enhancing big time.

In short, the only reason I am sticking with them is because I can't be bothered going thru the switching routine again and secondly there prices are still much cheaper than my previous provider.

if you are thinking about going to utilita, check out their website first. the credit scheme is very contradictory. also the savings do not seem to be monetary.
