  • Thats the thing though, I would have expected delivery of it by now, as I ordered 4 days ago. I have just checked out theentertainer.co.uk site mentioned above, and they still have the thomas bubble console for £14.99 plus the other game dvds for £4.95, so even if I have to return the item, I would have had to pay postage both ways, it still saves me the money by buying from the entertainer site.

I have emailed the seller through Amazon and I am now awaiting reply before I order from the entertainer. even with postage, it will cost less than £19, and I spent £40 including the postage to the seller from Amazon.
if you cant have what you want, be grateful for what you have :T

    Pickle number 3 arrived 24th december 2007 :A
  • Sorted!!
Just had a reply back from the Seller on Amazon, and they have apologised for the delay in despatching the goods, and have cancelled the order and given me a full refund!!

    theentertainer.com here I come!!

Thankyou to "Afternoon Tea" for their post on this great offer x

What with Amazon, Boots (bargains, bargains, bargains), a bit of clever ebaying and this bubble i've managed to shop for both my girls this year for about £150. And there's loads. I'm so chuffed i'm going to go buy myself something :j

    Thanks all.

just remember its easy to buy things just because they are cheap so dont get carried away and only order things you actually want and need.
Yes know what u mean and agree phil, but I have 4 kids and 3 nieces/nephews and at these prices I can spend my xmas pressie budget that I have already saved for this year and have everything I'd like to get for the kids and still have a stock of nice goodies to store in the attic for birthdays throughout the year, presents for the kids friends countless parties and still have some goodies to put away for the year after. If these toys were poor quality then I wouldn't bother but the toys are very good quality.
I get the point though if your buying just because they are cheap then that's not moneysaving, but if you know that you would have inevitably bought anyway then they are.;)
Thanks to MSE and all the moneysaving tips I can now work PT (instead of FT) to pay the bills and still have fun!!

I totally agree. I may not have bought some of these things If I hadn't come across them on here, but I didn't have a set list for gifts, and my 2 are quite easy to buy for, so I would have been round the shops looking, and paying way over the odds I expect. I also have a stock of things to keep, and with about 10 parties a year that my eldest goes to should be sorted for gifts for a while yet :j

Totally agree with the last 3 posts.

I have 5 children of my own. Not to mention being an Auntie and the number of party invites are quite scary so I am very pleased with my purchases and 1 of them is going to a party this Saturday.
Its better to be late in this life than early in the next one.

    Slow down speed kills.
  • Very few stuff still at the reduced price now, just checked for the "Crazy Frog-Annoying thing" game, back up to £14.99, after I ordered when they were £1.99. Also, the "singing plush crazy frog" toy has gone up, still good price at £3.99, but they were at £1.99 on sunday when I ordered.

Godknows what they are doing!!! If they wanted to get shut of stock, hence being in the clearance, you would think they would keep prices the same. Obviously, not happy we are all ordering at bargain prices. Sorry to anyone who has missed out, tho I am chuffed, as I have m,anaged to do nearly all my christmas shop for the children I buy for at a fraction of the cost, just hope my 2nd order, ordered sunday eve, comes ok.

just seen this thread today (got an ill child so not been on much)
crazy frog game and plush toy back to £1.99

missed some of the bargains i wouldve liked:mad: (scooby doo shaker maker in particular)
but managed to still get a few stocking fillers:T
    little britain top trumps £1.99
    carol.v soduku board game 99p
    crazy frog board game £1.99
    tigger leappad book £2.99

was going to order from amazon soon anyway as it my daughters birthday nov and she wanted remote control mystery machine, so ordered the lot and got free P&p
will keep checking prices, now i know about it.incase anymore bargains appear before order despatched.
