To answer the questions, no you don't need to post your score to your profile to win. And it lets you know you have won after answering the 8 questions. HTH
EDIT - it is just a pop up. Where it usually comes up and says you got x out of 8 do you want to try again it says you have won a xxxx do you want to claim it. I guess I won a few times as I was playing a bit earlier on?0 -

you have to click on the "Go to Application" button,
Was difficult to get working, If you are stuck with the screen saying "Loaded" close the page and go back to it through the link above and click the "Go to application" button again, this worked for me
Sadly I don't know what the game involves or how you actually win prizes, I had the message when I tried to start the game that "I didn't have enough friends"
