Hello all!

I wasn't sure whether to post this on OS or here....

I've made runner bean chutney before (yummy) - and shall be doing so again this weekend, I think! However, I have an even larger glut of French/ fine green beans and wondered if anyone has chutnied these before? I was planning on doing a runner/ French bean mix chutney if possible.

I don't want to blanch/ freeze them, so chutney seemed the only thing to do! I can't find any recipes saying that green bean chutney works, just lots for runner bean - but I have a recipe for that and am happy to adapt it for green beans if someone can tell me that it'll work :)

Thanks

greent
