Anyone know if we coudl possibly reclaim the money we spent on insurance for cleaning the sofas, which we never used?
it was with DFS!
we've now finished paying for the sofas BTW, but was annoyed as forgot about this insurance and never actually used it...

You cannot reclaim an insurance just because you didnt use it. That negates the whole purpose of insurance.
it would be an easy complaint rejection for them.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. Why does anyone buy DFS sofas should be the real question. They are overpriced and so badly made. I went to the shop (once) the hard sell salesman followed me round like he was our bodyguard. He did open all the sofabeds up which was good as he broke one and cut his hands on another. Glad it was not me.0
