Sorry if this has been asked before. I'm not on these forums much and a search didn't turn up anything obvious (and too many threads to read through individually!) Is this not an area that Martin should get more invovled in and making a noise? also as some who already has PV , and now thinking of rainwater harvesting for the house and garden , should there be any government help in this area also , ie 0% vat on the system or similar as some sort of help in protecting valuable water supplies?
