I am seriously cheesed off! I ordered 11 caps from them yesterday and after I had clicked through to the payment, there was a blurb about an extra offer and I clicked on it to find out more. And next thing I know I've ordered 11 more caps at a reduced price! I don't want 11 more of the same! I was trying to see if I could order 11 more of a different design, that would have interested me. I thought the link was to give me more information but it sneakily ordered more caps. I immediately tried to reverse it but there was nothing on the site to allow me to do that. The FAQs indicated that I'd have to contact them before the order was confirmed and I sent two emails immediately. I tried calling their premium line and it took long and my lunch time was over so I had to hang up. I've been emailing them since but no reply. And then I got an email today confirming my order and that they have taken £108 from my account instead of £80 and it was shipped.
What can I do? ugggggggh!

Not much help in this situation, but for next time I can advise you to read before you click on things, it can be useful.0 -

I think the implication was that the literature mentioned an extra offer and implied that clicking would only give her more information about it, not that by clicking she was accepting the offer. Is this correct, OP? If so, I hope someone can help you out with this.0 -
Could you not return them under DSR

If they are custom made (eg name or logo on) the DSRs do not apply0 -
unless vistaprint have changed their layout in the past month, dont you need to choose the quantity you would like for special offers AND click a "add to my order" box?You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0

Exactly. I clicked on the link to find out more but what I wasn’t warned about was that it was actually a “reorder” link wherein I unintentionally ordered 22 instead of 11 caps. It did not allow me to change the number of caps, reverse the second order or cancel the entire order. Their customer service has yet to respond but I got an email today to say it has been shipped! All I wanted to do was to find out how many caps I could get at the reduced price and would have considered ordering caps of a different design. I ordered the caps for an event and now I have too many! Oh well. Thanks anyway.

I have used Vista Print a couple of times a year for several years.
And it is true their Web Page is a quagmire of traps to get you to spend more than you intend.
I did fall fowl once, fortunately for a small amount but it did place me on permanent guard for their shenanigans.
In fairness I did persevere and spoke to a most helpful and friendly lady on the phone. She pointed out the error of my ways and I pointed out the complexities of their Website. She agreed but reminded me that she didn't write it or make policies.
The real answer here is in the old adage - Buyer Beware!!!
Cheers
