Hi guys.
Wondering if you can help.
Got a 3g dongle which I would like to connect my laptop to net with. Simple so far.
The thing is I also have something else I need to put online. Now this only has an ethernet port.
So I was wondering does anybody know how on xp I can redirect my connection through my laptops ethernet port? Thanks guys.

If you want a different solution you could purchase a Mifi from three. You put in your SIM card and it creates a wifi network fromt eh mobile broadband.

Same idea as Ben's suggestion - Solwise have a range of 'dongle sharers' http://www.solwise.co.uk/3g-routers.htm
I think most of them have WiFi and LAN connectivity - I have the mobile one with WiFi and 2xLAN ports which works well (have used it with O2 and 3 SIMs).
Not as 'free' as the connection-sharing though...0 -
