Apologises as have asked this before and forgot the answer, so will subscibe to this thread when someone answers again....

I have windows vista and suddenly the font sizes on my webpages have increased.

Im having to change each page individually with the font size as some are okay at 100%, others need increasing to like 125%, how do i just get it back to normal, without having to change each webpage all the time.

Thank you and sorry for asking again :o

Thanks, but that is not answering my q in the sense that I am still having to use what you said everytime on each webpage to have it at the right size.

Currently i go into page, zoom and select what i need.

Up until like 3 hours ago i didn't have to do this, every webpage was just the right font size, like automatically.

I've obviously adjusted a setting without realising and its driving me mad.

At least that was the solution last time.

It would help if you could write what browser you're using...
  • HiYa Tron  I've not used Vista since the Beta test days but :

Right-click the desktop and click "Personalize" on the pop-up menu to launch the Personalization window.

    then

Click "Adjust Font Size (DPI)" on the left panel to launch the DPI Scaling window. Select the "Larger Scale (120DPI)-make text more readable" radio button to increase font size. Click "Custom DPI" if you want to select a different font size.

    then

Select the DPI percentage that you want to use for the DPI increase. Click "OK" to save the changes. Click "OK" again. When prompted, restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

    Hope this helps.

  • That doesn't work either as it changes the whole computers font size, which i don't want as the font size is fine on the computer and some websites, then other websites like yahoo its too big and you can tell by the outline around pictures as its fuzzy, but then my email font size is too small on my email.

I don't know what i have done, arghhhh.

You say you've tried going into page>zoom
    Have you tried page>text size
    ??
When the zoom is set to 100% the text size should then be set to medium
