Distance Selling regulations - Gym Membership?

Hello,

I joined a gym through their website on Friday and am wondering I am allowed to cancel because it has not been 7 days yet or if the distance selling regulations don't apply to things like that.

It's only a month by month contract so no big deal but I wasn't liking that gym and don't think I'll be returning.

Thanks
Filiss

DSR does apply. But may have been pre-empted by your use of the gym. If it is month by month, presumably with a month's notice, they may try and sting you for a second month. So I think I would try DSR and hope to settle for one month
