mortgage on dmp?

hi all,
could ayone please let me know which mortgage companies is there out there that would give me a mortgage while on a dmp?
Im splitting with husband and wanting to get other house problem is mortgage now is approx 92.000.00 worth of house is 130.000.00 and our joint debts is around 16.000.00 so this leaves us approx 20.000.00 after fees ( i think ) but i know husband will want fair share out of this ( i dont know how much that would be i do have his 3 kids), so where if anywhere would give me mortgage and approx how much i work just part time and recieve 130.00 per week i dont know how much tax credits i will get ( busy being sorted)

I would speak to your DMP company first. I know Payplan has an in-house mortage broker (free no up front fee). Hope this helps.Save £12k in 25 No 49
