everything on their seems too cheap - 4gb nano for £99, for example, looks dodgy + no phone number0

What is also odd is they list 4 different colours you can buy the DS Lite in.
There is only 2 colours availabe at the moment, black and white.0 -
go on, somebody order one and see what happens

Unless it's a Japanese import. They've got 4 or 5 colours now. However, I suspect it's more likely that if they shipped anything it would be an original DS (not Lite)0 -
I was going to buy an iPod Nano from them but then discovered that they are not a real company.
a) They only recently signed up, which is what many fake sites do
b) They did not reply to my emails which I have sent to them over the past few days
c) They do not have a phone number, so you cannot have direct contact with them, and their post address is probrably fake as well.
d) They HAVE FAKE VERISIGN AND THAWE SIGNATURES! Look at the pages source code when you click on these pictures and you will discover that they copied the pictures and page off a legal website and changed the text to suit their own website.
DO NOT BUY FROM MOBILEXPERTS.CO.UK. They are not really part of MobilEx, as their post addresses do not match up.0 -
a traceroute to mobilexperts.co.uk resolves to myserverworld.net which is owned by pipex. I have reported the site to their abuse dept. Will let you know what they say.Do not speak- unless it improves on silence.0

Tried to buy a nintendo ds on the 11th Sept.
The transaction seemed fine with the verisign padlock at the bottom of the screen when details are entered.
I recieved a confirmation and receipt straight away by e-mail. Again all seemed fine however one strange thing, they asked for the security code from my credit card, which had been previously entered, to be re-entered in a seperate section. This to be passed onto the delivery Co royal mail recorded express as a security password in case of delivery difficulties. Alarm bells were ringing after reading this and other threads also the fact they didn't answer my e-mails. So i finally decided to take a cautious view and have actually cancelled the credit card the DS was ordered on. I do hope that all is ok for any other who have ordered but quite frankly i wasn't going to take the risk. So i now need a pinkDS before xmas for my little Girl! Shame it didn't work out. But what could be the scam if it is one? unless its credit card identity theft, the site and e-mail confirmation seems a lot of effort just to mess people around. If you get anything delivered i would be happy to hear . I am currently in the USA They are £70 ( white 110 volt ) at walmart in the without the kit and game also £79 i believe in Japan, some loss leader if that is what it was! I now see they appear as a sponsered link on Google?0 -
If you read the whole post you will realise why they are a fake company.
Also some other people have ordered things from them and have not received the goods.
They are fake and are now being looked into by professionals.0
