Hi I am hoping someone can help me figure out whether I have a problem with my photo/computer software or the drive itself.
I have Roxio photosuite and some windows movie maker thing. both let me upload my photos ready to burn to disc but with Roxio i get to the end after creating the slideshow but the record button is greyed out and doesn't give me the option to burn. The other one says sometihn like the disc isn't readable. Im sure I ahve used these dics bedfore but I am having no luck getting it to burn! Any suggestions, i am worried that some horrid visus is going to hit my pc before i get my photos backed up like last time and i lost the whole lot!!
cheers people x

Can you use your CD/DVD drive successfully for anything else? E.g. if you put a music CD in, can you play it with Media Player?0

hiya, yes it will let me create a music cd using windows music player. I just downloaded cdburnerxp and it is letting me use that to burn the photos onto disc but it doesn't do a slide show so you can one view them one by one whereas roxio used to do that. So not sure if its the roxio software thats the problem?
Is there another free software you can recommed to download that does let you do a slide show?0
