today my daughter aged 15 brought a packet of Big Ben sweets from asdas( similar to m and ms but are made by a german company), she almost choked on summit that actually resembles a small bone, but is probably a bit of wood..... about 15mm in length.
now i dont know who to complain to, if i go to the store, they will give me a packet of sweets, which to be honest , i really dont fancy eating after todays events. if a younger child had eaten this boney thing, they could easily have died.
advise please

A summit is the highest point of a mountain. The word you're looking for is 'something'.0

you are absolutely correct, my spelling is atrocious0

Inform Asda so they can inform the suppliers to check their procedures, get a refund, maybe a £5 voucher or something and move on.The Googlewhacker referance is to Dave Gorman and not to my opinion of the search engine!

Your only options are really to either contact the manufacturer or contact Asda, as the company isn't a well known UK based company I would say that Googlewhacker is right - Asda is the place to go.0

It's also a town on the border between Lancashire and West Yorkshire. Yorkshire, incidentally, is where Asda are based, and where the OP should write to.A summit is the highest point of a mountain. /FONT]

Write a letter to asda first and see where that gets you, remember to take photos etc incase they want to see the object. You could also CC in the address of the manufacturer as then you may get a reply from them also.0

I had a packet of Asdas black jack jelly things yesterday, and one of those had a hard, white thing stuck to it. Looked like a piece of gravel, almost.0
