Pink bits in my banana loaf...???

Hi all, hopefully someone can help me...i have just made a banana loaf/bread but when cutting it, there are some bits near the banana pieces that are light pink in colour....has anyone else had this???? it tastes lovely, although a bit stodgy!! any ideas would be much appreciated :D thanks, Lisapx
