Ikea have reduced the price of their Sunnan lamp (was £17.99, now £14.99). But arguably the best thing about this is that if you buy one, they will donate one to a child in the developing world so they can do their homework after dark even if they don't have electricity :T
The Sunnan price is actually one of thousands they have chopped. Some of the other products which have been reduced (but not being donated, as far as I can see), are from ranges across the store including bedroom and dining room furniture, wall decoration, plants and storage.
According to their website, "it's not a sale, it's our ongoing commitment to lowering prices".

Depends on your point of view, I guess. If you need a lamp then giving £15 to Ikea gets you this one, plus they donate one, so in effect you're doubling your money.
