Direct Line Home Insurance Plus Travel Cover

Hi,
I am about to re-new my home insurance with Direct Line, I've done all the comparisons and they come out as the best value for the cover we require, my main query is with the free inclusive travel cover they offer as part of this, anyone know how it compares with others in the market ?
We are due to go to Mexico in a couple of weeks and not sure if we should be taking out a searate travel policy.
Any help you offer please.
