i was layed off temporarily on march 22nd i was told it would be be for about six weeks anyway six weeks turned into three months when i was made redundant and the company went into liquidation i was sent a letter from the company explaining how much money they owed me and also on the letter it said i was made redundant at the start of may i had no confirmation of this from the company at the time to cut along story short he insolvency company dealing with my claim say i might not be entitled to anything bacause eight weeks have passed since i was made redundent but how could i have made a claim when i was not told that i had been made redundent and the company had not gone into liquidation so i couldnt have claimed off anyone by the way the amount owed was 1,200 POUND wen you out of work with a mortgage to pay thats a lot of money if anyone could give me some advice i would be gratefull many thanks .:mad:
