  • I love Lidl's wipes, dishwasher tablets, rinse aid, limescale remover and bathroom spray cleaner. Sometimes Lidl's have a sale on the cleaning products so I just stock up on these and they last ages. Plus the pocket size packets of tissues - sometimes these are 18 packets for £1.

Got to agree , all the dishwasher stuff is as good if not better than Finish or Glist products.
Lidl do great toilet cleaner tablets and I have NEVER seen anything work so well -excellent stuff. Their multi purpose liquid is very good , as is their anti bacterial stuff too.
  • well i went and i must say they had quite a selection, i picked up some from lidl and some from aldi, i will see how i get on with them :)

The Lidl oven cleaner is fantastic. I don't like their washing powder as it never seems to dissolve properly and left white marks on all my black clothing. I've just started using their dishwasher tablets and they are really good.

I agree with buying Lidl Dishwasher tablets, they're fab! I also buy the blue packet of anti-bac wipes for my daily wipe around the bathroom and kitchen. Their classic shower cream in a white bottle with blue bits :D that looks a bit like a Pantene bottle (sorry for the rubbish description) is definitely worth buying.

The best buys for me though are Lidl's Q-10 cream for £1.79 and their 3 in 1 face wipes for about 80p. They are good as the Roc ones I got in Boots when I had a voucher.

We like and buy these items

Aldi - Facial tissue, toilet tissue (noted no difference between either brands)

Lidl - Dishwasher tablet, Rinse aid, washing up liquid, fabric conditioner, kichen towels, toilet tissue

Didnt like Lidls bath mousse spray - it smelt vile, and didnt seem to do quite as good a job. I find if you buy a load of the branded one when its on special offer, its cheaper than lidl anyway.

Not everything in there is good value, like everywhere you have to be on the ball and know your prices.
