    Hi there

What company/bank are you referring to?
    Some have data depts.

So you paid £10 cheque or postal order for the details? was this a Subject Access request (SAR) like the one on the link below where they should provide all they still hold, at least going back the last 6 years?

Just checking because I am aware that some pay £10 to request for statements etc without the sar request.

But if its the agreements you require, you can request for copies of these by writing a simple letter like, please supply me with a copy of my agreement for loan account number XXXXXXXX, I enclose £1 cheque/postal order and expect to receive by 12 days. (Something like that will do).;)

However, just as long as you do have the account number and the reasons to make a reclaim, you can still continue to make a reclaim, and sometimes they then enclose the agreement back with their first response which should then be free.

More on reclaiming with guidelines here.

Sorry if I have mis read, but hope this helps otherwise.
    Good luck.;)

    Hi Wendy

I would contact the Information Commissioners office (ICO) for some advice on this and see what they suggest, it looks like your being given the runaround.
If you get the chance tomorrow (I believe the ICO will be closed now), explain your situation, hopefully they should be able to advise on your best action here.
    https://www.ico.gov.uk/Global/contact_us.aspx

Or maybe write to Natwest office first, and tell them you will be getting in touch with the ICO in regards of this matter, it may shift them, but otherwise do call the ICO first.

Good luck Wendy, please let us know how you get on, cheers.:)
