I have grown alot of veggies this year, and yesterday i had Fresh lamb, potatoes, carrots, runner beans and i was lucky enough to find some lovely fresh wild mint in the countrywhen i was walking the dog.
I did pick leaves closer to the top if the stems, dont know how many dogs had 'watered the mint'.

Your meal sounds superb!

Slightly OT but does anyone know if water mint can be eaten the same as garden or wild mint? We have loads in our pond.
That meal sounds wonderful BTW!Oh dear, here we go again.0 -
Hmm, I wouldn't. I think if its in the pond you will have to be carefull if there is any stagnat water.
Found this though, hope it helps.
