Finally Recieving A Refund - Advice Please

I have had a few problems over the past few months with a buyer that I have posted on here about before.

I never recieved an item that a seller was adamant that she had sent - though she didn't have even a certificate of postage so I was dubious.

I reported her to ebay who told me to report her to paypal which I did. Paypal said they'd tried to get a refund for her and were unable - but to continue to use paypal she would have to refund me first.

I recieved this email tonight:
I don't understand how i am ment to refund you, as it isn't letting me send any money at all.
thanks for these problems by the way!
if you know will you let me know so i can get my paypal working again

No please, no thank you - no sorry for your inconvinience, but that's another story

I replied with:
It's not me who is sending you the problems, I did what I am entitled to do as a bidder - if you had proof of postage then I would have accepted it and let it rest, but I'm not doing anything that is wrong.

I don't know how to get it working, I guess you'd have to email paypal. I do know that in the email I recieved they said that to be able to use paypal again you would have to refund the payment.

Email and ask and put your concerns to them if you must.

To put an end to it - I'd love to tell her what to do [something more eloquent than shove it somewhere... ahem.] I've been patient with her, the email above is one of her more polite ones. Please can someone help me with what to tell her?

Thank you.

  • I think what you have told her is more than enough, in fact I wouldnt have even replied!!

She can deposit money into her paypal account via a link on her account page, never used it myself but have noticed its there.
