Hi I have been looking on how to start a reclaim on 2 cancelled agreements back in 2006 - they both ran for approx 18mths - 2 years and I am SOOO confused. ANY help would be much appreciated.:A

Hi and welcome
You complete a FOS questionnaire keep copies and send to whoever was responsible for setting up your policies.
These questionnaires are now used on this site instead of letters, keep copies, you will find on link below (FOS questionnaire) stage one, they have 8 weeks in full to respond, good luck.
