Renting Out My Flat

Hi All,
I have decided to rent out my flat and got consent to let from the lender, I contacted a local letting agent, who said they have demand from people looking to rent a 1 bedroom flat, but no properties as they rarely come on the market.
They have quoted me 15% Fee per month to fully manage it, I think this is a bit steep, I am just wondering if this rate is negotiable ?
Any experience you have in this area, would be greatly appreciated.

I pay 10% fully managed. Some people charge VAT on top of their fee so check if you are liable to pay VAT on top of the 15%0
